Privacy policy
Effective October 25, 2026. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit learn2prompt.io and the choices you have.
This privacy policy describes how Learn2Prompt (“Learn2Prompt”, “we”, “us”), operated by DNA Services LLC, a Texas company based in Frisco, TX, handles information when you visit learn2prompt.io (the “site”). If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't ask you to submit personal information to read our prompts or guides.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to improve the site (for example, to fix an error you reported).
- Free prompt guide signups. If you sign up on our free prompts page, we collect the email address (and first name, if you give it) you enter. Signups are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets. We use them only to send you the guide and occasional Learn2Prompt emails, never sell them, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services described below may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They may be set by us or by third parties such as advertising and analytics providers, as described below.
The “Copy prompt” buttons copy text to your device's clipboard within your browser; we do not receive what you copy or what you type into AI tools. The “Try it in Claude” and “Try it in ChatGPT” buttons open those third-party services in a new tab, where their own privacy policies apply.
Advertising and Google AdSense
We use, or may use, Google AdSense to show advertisements on this site. Google AdSense is an advertising service provided by Google.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also serve ads on this site and may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about your visits in order to measure and personalize advertising.
To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses cookies in advertising (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
Your choices about personalized ads
- You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
- You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you, and some site features may not work as intended.
Where required by law — for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland — we will ask for your consent before personalized advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time.
Analytics
We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are popular and how people find us. These services may use cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we don't use it to identify you personally. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.
- To respond to your messages and fix errors you report.
- To show advertising that helps keep the site free, as described above.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the contents of your emails to us with advertisers.
Third-party services and links
This site links to other websites, including AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit, and to be careful about what personal information you share with any AI tool.
Data retention and security
We keep emails you send us only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of corrections and feedback. Information collected by third-party advertising and analytics providers is retained according to their own policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request about information we hold (such as emails you've sent us), contact [email protected]. For information held by Google or other vendors, use the choices described above or contact those providers directly.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of our content is written for parents to use with their children; it's meant to be used by the parent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add or change advertising or analytics providers. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
