About Learn2Prompt
Helping regular people get genuinely useful answers out of AI, one good prompt at a time.
Learn2Prompt is a free daily site that helps regular people get genuinely useful answers out of AI. Every morning we publish five new ready-to-use prompts for Claude and ChatGPT. Each one starts from a real, everyday task, shows the vague version most people type, then gives the improved version you can copy, personalize, and paste in — plus a plain-English note on how the answer differs between Claude and ChatGPT.
Learn2Prompt is published by DNA Services LLC in Frisco, Texas. Its founder has spent more than 25 years working in enterprise technology and cybersecurity.
It's for anyone who uses AI but suspects they're only getting half of what it can do — parents at the homework table, homeowners comparing contractor quotes, small business owners writing posts and review replies, and anyone at work, on a budget, or planning a trip. No technical background, no jargon, no “prompt engineering” degree required: if you can copy and paste, you can use every prompt here.
What you'll find here
- Today's Top 5 — five fresh prompts every morning, each with a before-and-after and a Claude vs ChatGPT note.
- The prompt library — every prompt we've published, searchable and sorted by category, from Work and Money to Travel and Kids.
- Parents: Homework Help — prompts that turn AI into a patient helper at the kitchen table, built to give hints instead of answers.
- Guides — longer, plain-English explainers on the skills behind good prompts: what a prompt is, the 5-part prompt formula, how to reduce made-up answers, and more.
- The archive — every past day's Top 5. The prompts don't expire.
How we choose and test every prompt
We start with tasks people actually run into — a tricky email, a bill that doesn't make sense, homework at the kitchen table, a quote that seems too high. If it's not something you'd plausibly need this week, it doesn't make the list.
Then we try it. We run the plain version most people would type and our improved version in Claude and ChatGPT, side by side, and keep the improved one only if its answer is clearly more useful. This is a hands-on editorial check, not a scientific study: AI answers vary from run to run and change as the tools are updated, so the “Claude vs ChatGPT” note under each prompt describes what we typically saw, not a guarantee. If a prompt doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.
AI tools change often, and the same prompt can produce different answers on different days. We treat our notes as practical observations, not permanent rules, and we update pages when something no longer holds.
New prompts, every day
A fresh Top 5 goes up every morning. Yesterday's set moves to the archive, and everything stays searchable in Browse, so the library keeps growing. The idea is simple: prompting is a habit, not a one-time trick. A new set each day gives you a reason to come back, try one small thing, and get a little more out of the tools you're already using.
How we write them
A few standards guide every prompt and every explanation on this site:
- Plain language first. If a word needs explaining, we explain it — or we don't use it. No jargon for its own sake.
- Blanks you fill in. The [bracketed parts] are there so the prompt fits your life, not a generic example. Swap in your names, dates, and details.
- Short and copyable. A good prompt shouldn't need a manual. You should be able to copy it, fill it in, and use it in under a minute.
- Honest about limits. AI tools can get things wrong. Where it matters — health, money, legal, safety — we say so plainly and point you toward checking with a reliable source.
- No sponsored picks in disguise. The prompts here are chosen because they tested well, not because anyone paid for placement. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored — never presented as an everyday editorial pick.
Advertising
Learn2Prompt is free to use. To keep it that way, the site may show advertising, including ads served by Google. Ads are always kept separate from our editorial content, and advertisers have no say in which prompts or guides we publish. You can read how advertising cookies work, and how to opt out of personalized ads, in our privacy policy.
If we get something wrong
Tell us. If a prompt doesn't work as described, an explanation is confusing, or something on the page is simply wrong, write in and let us know. We read every message, we fix errors when we find them, and we update the page so the next reader gets the corrected version. That's it — no form, no ticket system, just email.
Who's behind it
Learn2Prompt is created and run by DNA Services LLC, a Texas company based in Frisco, TX. We made this site because we believe these tools should be useful to everyone, not only to people who already speak their language.
